Cancellation Policy

Welcome to CamelliaBeauty! We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a transaction, you can easily do so in accordance with the law.

General Cancellation Terms

You may cancel a transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, as long as the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

Please Note: Jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare products that have been opened or had their hygiene labels removed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

Cancellation Methods

You can cancel a transaction through one of the following methods:

Please include the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Product details

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Refund

A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date we receive the cancellation notice and the product is returned.

The refund will be made to the original payment method.

In the case of cancellation not due to a defect or mistake on our part, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will apply.

Product Returns

The product must be returned new, in its original packaging, unused, and with the receipt/invoice.

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or not as ordered.
